With the advancement of technology and increased competition, it is important for the company to stay competitive. For this the company will emphasize on high quality delivery at an affordable price.
Organizing:
To achieve its mission and goal of high quality services, it is important that the company hires experiences and professional cleaners who emphasize on quality. The organizational structure of the company will be functional structure, as the company is a family owned business. The company will have different departments which will help in proper coordination and effective working. The company will have 4 different departments which will include: Accounting and Finance department, Marketing and sales department, Operations department and Administration or human resource department. A strong emphasis will be done on training and development of the employees.
Leading:
This function will help in keeping the employees motivates. The administration and the human resource department as well as the supervisors of different departments plays a major role.
