Introduction
All around us are expectations that must be met. Businesses put their life on the line to understand the needs of their customers and keep moving quickly to satisfy those needs. In the past, businesses opted for the waterfall strategy.(Satzinger et al.,2015) also point out that there was a traditional technique of system development. The fast-changing corporate environment necessitates new approaches, and Agile methodology is becoming increasingly popular as a result of technological advancements. As a result of the changing business environment, I chose to bring the Agile approach to the company. ' For the sake of meeting the needs of our customers, we will be able to construct this system much more swiftly than before. This will aid us in enhancing our company's competitiveness.
Agile methodologies, procedures, and the agile strategy will be discussed to effectively introduce Agile. Scrum roles and responsibilities, Agile ceremonies, and how the scrum roles participate in these ceremonies will all be covered in detail. I'll also cover the relationship between Agile ceremonies and the three pillars of Beekeeping methodology, agile principles, and the role of the Business Analyst in the overall picture of an Agile project.

The Product
Among the various ways, honeybees benefit people include the production of honey and other bee-derived goods, pollination of crops, and ecological services. In places where capital is scarce, beekeeping can be a lucrative side job for folks with no other means of generating cash.
Although honey and wax have long been the most well-known of the many bee products that can be sold, other bee products including pollen nectar and propolis can also be sold. Most of these products are made by bees and can be consumed right away. It's not just honey that's a bee product. Bee products have a reputation for being high-quality, and the addition of these products to other products often enhances their perceived value or quality. This development has the potential to be financially beneficial for a large number of beekeeping businesses.
Beekeeping Registration
There is a pressing need to protect honey bees right now. Assisting beekeepers to keep their hives healthy is a priority for the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets. As a way to keep you updated on bee health issues, please fill out the following fields: A complete registry of beekeepers can be kept and the Department can contact beekeepers when there are bee health issues.
Becoming a certified beekeeper
Anyone who owns a colony of bees in Victoria and wants to keep them must register with Agriculture Victoria.
Beekeepers with up to five hives must pay the following registration fee:
If you register online, there is no fee.
· Registration and payment via the paper application form are $30.
If you have more than five hives, you'll want to look at this:
· Registering costs $30 Sixty-five to fifty beehives
· To register 51 or more hives, you'll pay 60 cents for each hive, or $60.
Beekeepers can benefit from disease prevention and control initiatives by registering with the department. Information such as legislation modifications, biosecurity alerts, and recommendations will be sent out periodically.
Registration and monitoring of beehives in the BeeMAX database
Betamax, a new registration and monitoring database for beekeepers, has been established by Agriculture Victoria to assist all beekeepers in protecting Victoria's significant apiary industry.
