You will reflect upon the themes and your own journey based on week 1-3 material and experiment 1. You will also return your mindfulness practice log up to that date. Here you are synthetizing your own experience of the course so far. As we have recently started the report can be shorter, for example 2 pages. Important themes to cover: Your own practice: • Have you found time to integrate practice in your everyday life? Do you have a certain routine or maybe a looser practice schedule? What is challenging, what maybe easier? Have you found suitable audios? What do you need in order to maintain your practice (from yourself, other students, people that are close to you)? • Observations regarding formal practice and informal. • Read literature of mindfulness and make a summary of points that helps and motivates you to practice.
