Your task is to create a proposal that will address some of the concerns expressed to you by Dr Livingstone. This proposal will be presented to the Board of Directors of HealthReach in the coming months. In your proposal, please identify four (4) components of a high-performance work system that you recommend be introduced at HealthReach.

For each component/HR practice, ensure that you include:

• A description of the component/HR practice that you would like to introduce at HealthReach


• A rationale for the introduction of this component/HR practice, drawing on appropriate HR theories and concepts


• An analysis of the predicted outcomes of introducing this component/HR practice, based on the current research being conducted by HRM academics across the world – be sure to include a discussion of both attitudinal and performance outcomes.
