Zip your Word document with your spreadsheet files and upload it to the proper link in Canvas. Step 1: In this step you will examine some datasets to get an idea of what you may want to do for the project. Read all instructions in this assignment before attempting to complete this first step. This project is designed to help students connect with community/open-source datasets. You will select one or more datasets from the links provided below. Also, you can use other publicly available datasets that are not in the information that I've provided so feel free to search the Internet for others. Note: You are not allowed to use the CO2 emissions data from World Bank since there are multiple videos on the web that use this dataset to demonstrate features of Tableau. You may need to examine the data in several datasets to get a feel for what you may want to accomplish in step 2. Here are some resources for COVID data: https://covidtracking.com/about-data/data-summary https://covidtracking.com/about-data/data-summary#long-term-care-tracker https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/covid19/index.htm A large number of datasets gathered by the government are at: https://catalog.data.gov/dataset Here’s some other free open data sources. https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/https-medium-freecodecamp-org-best-free-open-data-sources-anyone-can-use-a65b514b0f2d/ As you examine datasets that look interesting to you, it may become apparent that the data has issues that will hinder your analysis of it. That is, you may find it necessary to clean your data. Review what the textbook has to say about cleaning data and watch the following video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCP-H8VRDCw Once you have selected some datasets that interest you. In a word document describe what your topic/scenario will be and where you obtained your dataset(s). Note: You may find that as you attempt step 2, you end up modifying your intentions so be sure that what you submit for a description here in step one reflects what you submit for steps 2 through 4. Step 2: Create at least 5 graphs or sheets of information in Tableau Public for your analyses. Use at least 3 different types of graphs such as line graph, area graph, bar graph, pie graph, map or symbol map or any of the other types of graphs available under Show Me in Tableau. One of your graphs maybe a time series forecast/analysis. If you are comfortable researching this approach and conducting this approach, you may reduce the number of graphs to four graphs. Make sure that you include: 1. The equation of the time series analysis and 2. The interpretation of the time series analysis. Be sure to use publicly available data for the time series forecast and linear regression analysis. Do not use spreadsheets provided by the textbook publisher. Note: You are not allowed to use the same graphs and analysis you used for the prior lab or any other previous activity in this class. It will likely be difficult to come with a totally new analysis on the same data anyway, so you're probably better off to work with entirely new dataset(s). Specify what dataset(s) your used. For each graph you create, write an explanation and analysis and submit each along with a screen shot of each graph/sheet. In your explanation include your conclusions. Step 3: Create a nice looking, formatted dashboard (you may need to look at the Tableau instructions, if this is not intuitive when you login) with a common color scheme in Tableau out of the 5 (or more) graphs/sheets you created in step 2. It is also okay if you end up with multiple separate Tableau projects and analyses in order to end up with the minimum assigned 5 graphs/sheets. If so feel free to create multiple dashboards. One for each project. Provide screen shot(s) of your dashboard(s)

1. About Data Set
A Covid-19 data set contains the number of deaths and confirmed cases of the viru
s. It's a key source of information for understanding the effects of the virus on global populations. The data set includes the number of cases and deaths in different countries, and it contains data from the World Health Organization (WHO) and other sources.
The data set tracks the number of confirmed cases and deaths from the virus in different countries over time. This data can be used to understand the magnitude of the pandemic and how it has spread over time. It can also be used to compare the number of deaths in different countries and the rate of infection. This data set can provide valuable insight into the spread of the virus and the effectiveness of different countries'...
