Introduction-
In today’s fast moving business environment where each and every organization is focusing towards making profit, theirs no doubt that professionals l
ike doctors (physician’s, dentist’s etc.) are also trying to extract as much profit as possible from the target customer without giving a second thought to the ethics or morality. This inhuman approach causes a lot of problem to the citizen of USA as the death rates is increasing rapidly due to no or low reach of healthcare to everyone equally. The merger and acquisition had rapidly increased and government policies also supported those activities because it was believed that the development and increase in healthcare institution will help decrease the problem related to scare healthcare services but eventually these strategic alliance led hospital systems to incur massive revenue by increasing the service costs and providing the same quality.

This inequality not only arises due to higher healthcare cost which include higher cost associated with medical insurance, higher per capita income, large number of poor and lower middle class population, less or no clinic facility which leave uninsured people to compromise at their initial stage of illness that takes toll on their health and life at later stage. According to National Center of Policy Analysis (2010) American citizen only pay 12 percent on health care policies and if we take into account hospital care than 3 percent is only what is paid by the population and rest is paid by the third party provider i.e. government or employers but the point which everybody should notice is from where these third party pay this much huge cost for their employee or citizens. One can definitely take it as a social initiative but we should not forget the increase in debt or taxes that we are paying which is increasing every passing day so the picture visible to us is only imaginary and still the people and society on whole remains in the losing side.
With globalization and technological advancement their is no doubt that we can see an...
