In fact, these phases are dominated by the inertia of the political governments in European and Asian regions in particular. The message was clearly given to the world that authority of rule was assigned to some centralized forces, the victors of the World War II and this ideology served as the foundation of the differences between the various forces (Anderson and Branch).
The onset of the cold war in the post-World War era (until 1960) contributed significantly in the development of the political interests of the European and Asian nations. The quick spread of self-promoted communism as well as the division of Germany and Roman treaties in Europe is the standpoints of this period.
A. Development of Cold War in Europe during 1946 to 1960
At first, it is significant to note here that the rise of cold war was due to the influential position gained by USSR in Europe in the aftermath of the World War II. The Russian political agenda was to control the economy and trade of the small nations that were in the process of recovery. However, the rich and developed nations like Italy and France could sense these ideologies of expanding boundaries and controlling the economy of a particular nation.
Thus, as per Troitino et al., they limited their hands at first and in the late 1946, they were listed as the powerful nations though, they were under the influence of communism to be seen in the political galleries of the nation.
