The client InStyle is a lifestyle publication which offers plethora of products on fashion
, health and beauty for sale through its website. InStyle is managing content on its website. Instyle does not have a Web CMS. The design team who created the website pages manages a folder structure on shared network drive. If marketing executive has to change detail of a product on a page, the design team is intimated about the change, the designer sends back a preview and copies the page to the production website after receiving approval from the marketing team. However, in case the design team is unavailable (for various reasons. eg. PTO, work overload), the updates will take a lot of time. With a CMS(Franklin Keith Rolls) in place, InStyle marketing team would be self-sufficient in keeping the product details updated.
