I believe that I have the capacity and capability to control my emotions and attain my goals and objectives. I can able to influence people and I can also help them for managing their personal and professional pr
oblems. One of my friend was active smoker, for helping him out, I was always there to insist him about the healthcare problems related with smoking. One day he said that, he stopped the habit of smoking, he was thankful to me for the same. One of family was facing the problem related with obesity. She was very shy and reserved and most of the time she was in her home. I understand her situated and I created a weight loss plan for her and I was also involved in the certain exercises suggested for reducing the weight. After a one month, her weight was reduced to 50 she was very happy.
Competence
I believe that I can able to convince others by using my communication skill and when I was in college I got an opportunity to be part of social program conducted by the college. The college authorities said us to raise fund for the meeting social goals. For raising the fund, I met with different companies and I visited 10 companies and I got fund from 9 companies. I also believes that I have good negotiation skill, two of my friends were involved in an ugly fight, others tried to solve the problem, but they failed. I talk to both of them, understand their concern and I developed win-win situation for both of my friends.
For attaining the positive professional competence, I have to attend more workshops and training. While attending my formal courses, I developed team based approach for learning the subjects clear fully. I also helped the student who are not good at studies for learning the concepts in easy manner.
Empathy
I respect others feelings and I also give more importance to the personal emotions and feelings. For keeping my relationships strong, I always focus on the problems faced by my friends. I also collect information from their family members for understanding the actual problems.
Diversity
Evaluate your ability to build confidence and respect with diverse groups of individuals.
I consider gaining confidence always helps for attaining the personal and professional goals. It also helps for managing the individuals from different backgrounds. Diverse groups of individuals have different needs and interest, for managing the issues connected with the diverse groups we have to be confident.
Comment on your ability to lead in a manner that is inclusive and respectful of the differences between people.
For leading the people in a productive way, we have to consider the needs and interest of the people. We have to develop strategies that is suitable for each person in the organization.
