All the world-famous entrepreneurs are unique in that they believed in themselves mostly since their childhood and worked towards that goal to success and recognition. They have demonstrated certain common characteristics and traits in their successful lives. Among them, you must choose two entrepreneurs/business leaders of your choice fulfilling the following criteria 1. Both the entrepreneur/business leader should have an engineering or technology background. 2. One entrepreneur/business leader should be from 1900-1950 AD era 3. One entrepreneur/business leader should be from 21st century. Your task is to Research and discuss the life and work of the entrepreneurs of your choice and how she/he demonstrated the entrepreneur’s characteristics/traits in her/his successful business. The required characteristics/traits/skills for entrepreneurs has changed over a period. Discuss at least three entrepreneur’s characteristics/traits/skills that are must for entrepreneurs of 21st century but were not so essential for entrepreneurs of 1900-1950 AD era. Submit a comprehensive research paper which satisfies the criteria 1,2 & 3 mentioned above and describe the tasks as detailed above. Your work should include a critical research reviews from variety of resources. You must use at least four different types of resources such as books, scholarly articles, reports and internet etc. Your contribution must be sensible, highly focused, feasible and precisely described and should include: An analysis of the characteristic of entrepreneurs.
