Applying the Delphi Method
Delphi methodology is one of the most widely used framework for predicting and forecasting. It is fundamentally based on the outcome generated from the multiple rounds of questionnaires shared to experts. Technically, after every round of the questionnaire the domain experts are provided with aggregated summary of previous round. This allows every expert to adjust their responses based on the response of the group (Brady, S. R., 2015). Therefore, leveraging Delphi method is most effective way to gain the opinion of experts on critical organisation decisions. The topic of my research is cumulative impact of multiple leadership on employees under different organizational circumstances. I could leverage the Delphi method to understand if there is any one style of leadership that would be effective in the workplace or would it be best to blend it with different style of leadership. Second aspect that I would utilise the Delphi method would be to comprehend the impact of cumulative leadership styles on the employees.
