User Frustration
The modern applications are supposed to be more beneficial for the users with a great network connectivity but they are providing unprecedented benefits and unsatisfying experience. The problems can be due to the material lost during a computer crash, deleting spam messages or emails and difficulties in understanding the error message given by the system. The users may have inadequate knowledge about the systems, improper training and even flaws in the hardware, software, network and malicious action performed by other users can be the reason for outweighing the user frustration over the computer benefits (Rodden, K., Hutchinson, H., & Fu, X). There are few applications which work according to the motion sensor which is not user friendly for the disabled users. This report is all about understanding the reason due to which users experience the frustration during the usage of modern applications, suggest method of reducing frustration, to find out the sources of user frustration and find out the methods which can reduce the frustration among the disabled users. 
Reasons for Users Frustration with Modern Applications
There are multiple reasons due to which users face frustration while using any software or application. The first reason can be the inconsistent approach to very common functions. The most important point which developers generally forgets is that the user does not want any struggle with the interface (Preece, J., Rogers, Y., Sharp, H., Benyon, D., Holland, S., & Carey, T). There are many things which are obvious for developer but not so usual for the user. Sometimes when developers try to create something innovative and new, it lends into a biggest stumbling block for them. Another reason can be the ambiguous erroneous messages which users receive while using the application. When entering any information, there are chance that user makes a mistake or attempts to perform some unauthorized activity. In this case the system replies back with an error message which is very confusing and does not contain any information regarding the next step which results as the user frustration. Another reason can be a lengthy form to be filled for the registration.
