Product Description
The product, which is chosen for the assignment, is cargo denim. The product, which I am look
ing for, must have a waist size of 32 inches. It should be original cargo print and the material for the denim should be stretchable. I have no preferences for color. Lastly, I want to have the product within my budget, which is $200.
Answer to Question 1
· The product is reasonably easy to find over the web. Various e-commerce sites have the option and provide numerous choices for the product I am looking for. There are several types and sizes of cargo denim available at various sites.
· The key words used to search for the product include ‘cargo’, ‘denim’ ‘jeans’ and ‘men’s’. The key words specify the needs, on which I filtered the results, and the best findings are shown. In this case, it was easy to find the desired product on multiple e-commerce websites.
· The navigation on the website was considerably easy. People, who have used online and social media sites, will be comfortable with the website (3). Various guides and size charts were also provided to give the best experience.
· The checkout process is time consuming, as there are many details to be filled in. The payment gateway was easy to access and conducted the process quickly. The confirmation mail received for the product also took time to arrive from the company.
· The shipping charges were free in this case. As there were, no charges applied to ship the product to my door it can be considered reasonable in nature as provided by other competitors in the market (2). Yes, my buying decision will be affected if there is a shipping charge applied to the product as similar products will be available at free shipping at other sites.
· There was a help section and chat box provided to contact for any issues and help required. There was although no specific number given to the contact or chat line provided. Nevertheless, the website had its own chat box, where the customers could contact and get replies from the company’s end.
· Yes, the purchase I made was from a legitimate website. It has been in the business for a long time. The website presentation was sober and the use of color was shooting. The website had mainly white background, which helped to display the products color and vibrancy needed.

A. Location
· The two stores chosen for the product are located in the downtown areas and one in the shopping mall. Both the stores are from recognized brands. These stores are exclusively dedicated to selling denim products.
· The environment of both the places is welcoming and pleasant. The community is also nice. The shopping atmosphere in the mall was pleasant and due to the recent pandemic, the sanitization process and safety protocols were maintained in both the stores.
· A good neighborhood will attract customers easily. Clean and tidy places and a welcoming environment will make the shopping experience enjoyable and thus customers, who can for a good base for the shops will be attracted towards them.
· Yes, I would travel to the shopping mall in the normal course to shop for the cargo denim, which I was looking for. Visiting a shopping mall for purchasing an item is a normal course of action (1). I feel I will be visiting the store under a normal condition also.
· Yes, in the shopping mall there are few other stores, where I would like to combine my shopping trips too. Grocery items and other essentials daily items shops are Laos Calibel in the shopping mall, where I would regularly make a purchase.
