Assignment#5- Analyze Administrative Activities: Instructions: The activities of an administrative agency can be varied, yet each serves a relevant purpose in assisting an agency in performing its duties. Analyze agency activities and explain how monitoring mechanisms provide access to information related to agency function. Specifically, address the following in your paper. 1) Define and explain the freedom of information Act (FOIA). 2) Define and explain the Privacy Act. 3) Justify why you think the FOIA and Privacy ACT are necessary. 4) Determine the lobbying has on public opinion of these Acts. 5) Examine whether lobby rules and regulations regarding these ACTS should be changed. Explain your answer and support your thought with examples. Support your paper with a minimum of five scholarly resources in addition to your text. In addition to these specified resources, including an older article, maybe included. Length 5-6 pages, not including title and reference.
