Burger Cravers is a restaurant that serves burgers in the flavors of different countries. The company was established with the mission of providing the best burger taste with exotic flavors around the world to food lovers. This particular company has its outlet in Italy, India, and Turkey. The company has outlets in these countries in most of the metropolitan cities and is effectively competing with the international brands. The menu of the restaurant reflects professionalism and integrity that demonstrate the market requirements and the efficiency of the restaurant in the food industry. The most important aspect of the restaurant is that the customers can customize their burgers according to their preferences and can soothe their tongues with a variety of flavors.
The feedback recommended influencing the growth of the organization by effectively considering the external and the internal factors. Restaurants must effectively focus on the specialization of a diverse menu which will be unique for the restaurant and will effectively enhance the business operation of the organization. This can be evenly contemplated by effective innovations in the menu that will effectively sustain the target market. The new set of customers mainly comprises the health-conscious customers once a menu has been designed that serves their appetite as well as their health. This has been considered for preparing a new menu that will be designed to attract health-conscious individuals with an effective focus on the value of calorie and fat and gluten-free products. From the previous feedback, it is also effective to consider the aspects of advertising and marketing techniques that will sufficiently increase brand awareness and brand visibility of the restaurant.

Burger Cravers can effectively become famous for fast food change in the global food industry. The restaurant must effectively use the main strategic aspect of its menu and develop its brand on the basis of this USP. The brand strategy must encompass the aspects of the brand name, logo, slogan, and the brand extension that will enhance the brand awareness and make people realize the significant catchline of the Burger Cravers.
