Based on the following requirements, revise the user's stories and the content diagram (png file in the attachment).
on context diagram:
1. Database doesn't really belong, it is internal to the system. When I showed context and the expanded DVD, it has data stores.
2. Patient setups up their profile in addition to entering their medical records.
3. Patient will look at their historical medical records, does this include their seizure activity.
4. Will patients upload seizure activityif something happens when a caretaker not present?
5. Doctors will establish drug dosage and treatment and then will make updates. is this what "report" means.
6. Doctors will receive processed reports on patients records, is this reading updates on their seizure activity that has beenupdloaded?
7 A general comment is that there is a little more interaction of data flows. For example, caretaker may need to request access or permission to patient files.
