Our philosophy guides our teams in delivering valued solutions for our customers and delivering projects safely on time and on budget. PBS has teams across the Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and New South Wales and is an active participant in the communities in which we operate. PBS is made up of the Board of Directors who provide direction and strategy for the support of the business. This support is further enhanced by a corporate team overseeing Management Systems infrastructure, EHS&Q, People & Culture, HR and Finance departments. Business Divisions are led by General Managers (BDGM) with close support of Construction Managers (BDCM) and Commercial Managers (CM), providing direction and assistance to the site teams. Site teams are comprised of a Project Manager (PM), Site Manager (SM), General Foreman (GM), EHS&Q Manager or Co-ordinator, Contracts Administrator (CA), Engineer, Cadet and Construction Workers (CW).
