You have some excellent points you mention about preparing the tests. If you never receive any type of feedback from the people whom are taking the tests then you will never be able to adapt and change them to provide more accurate data and information from the tests. As with anything we do everything is always evolving to become a better version than the original, if not then what would be the point? Like for example, companies are now going to have COVID policies really to just protect themselves from legal ramifications, whereas 12 months ago most companies would not have anything like this in place of a pandemic. The world and testing will always be changing to accommodate new unknowns.

Covid has certainly impacted many of my students' research plans. The way in which they interact with their participants has changed as in person contact is no longer appropriate.

e reversed after some time. But, as anyone who travels in the US knows, taking your shoes off at the airport is the most natural reaction of folks walking into security. In fact, a lot of millennials can't even imagine traveling without removing footwear and coats at the airport. In a lot of ways, our lives world over changed permanently that fateful day. While 9/11 happened in the US, it led to a global change and since then, we have all accepted the extra security checks – be it in Europe, Middle East or Asia.
