Penelope demonstrates her devotion to Odysseus by waiting twenty years for his homecoming. Penelope claimed she would marry once she completed weaving her shroud to avoid having to choose a suitor right away. She pretended to weave the shroud throughout the day, however when it grew dark, she unwove it quietly. Penelope expresses her love for her family in this way.
To the gods and his family, Odysseus, like Telemakhos and Penelope, demonstrates loyalty. Odysseus is a stubborn person. He has only one goal in mind: to return home. He is tenacious and overcomes any obstacles that stand in his way. When he has with the lovely nymph Kalypso, for example, he does this (Custom Writing).
She promises him immortality if he stays with her and forgets about his family and home, but he sacrifices everything for his family and home. He never lost up hope and kept walking back to his house. He also displays his devotion to the deity by not condemning them for all the bad things that happen to him on his way home (Alexander).
