By providing at least 2 examples, explain how a safe workplace enables the Australian registered nurse to provide safe patient centred care. (450 words) • Drawing from the NMBA’s Decision-making Framework and high quality nursing literature, critically discuss the registered nurse’s leadership role of delegation in the Australian health care system. In your critical discussion, explain why this is an important leadership role for the registered nurse, and how negative patient care outcomes may occur as the result of the ineffective delegation of care.
