Correlating Control systems to physical phenomenon has always been a challenge in education. Engineering education is always streamlined by examples with tangible and experiential learning outcomes.

For this project, develop an experiment (Both the experiment and the outline of the apparatus) to demonstrate a physical phenomenon in fluids. The system does not need to be a physical system alone (Digital labs can be just as rewarding as physical ones if well prepared).

You will hand in:

1.

Learning Objectives and outcomes (1 page) detailing what you hope the student will learn.

2.

Experiment outline for building/setting up the experiment (as many pages as needed)

3.

A Prelab in a similar format to the attached lab document.

4.

Example data and assumptions (how do you expect this lab to behave) (as many pages as needed). Example reflections that show your learning objective goals.

5.

A reflection on how this can be expanded for future projects.

The reports will be graded on thoroughness of understanding of practice, as well as practicality of application. Pretend your target audience is your peer group.

Creativity and clarity are the major focuses of this project.
