In the global business scenario a successful project is considered as the one which is completed within the

In these conditions, it is important to understand the overall requirements and strategies that can be adopted in order to conduct a successful project and ensure that the needs and the requirements of the customers are met. In order to consider the strategies for successful project management, quality management plays a key role. Apart from that, the PMBOK should be followed.
