CSSAP302A working with people with disability 2020,Week 3Case Study and applying the NDIS Code of ConductActivityRead the following case study and answer the questions.Anita is employed by Cirrel River Home Service,a privately operated service that is registered with the NDIS.Jai is young man with Autism who has an NDIS Plan that include and watch the surfaces funding for him to be supported to access the community.Anita is allocated to take Jai out each week. Jai lives near the beach and Anita takes him to sit at the picnic tables to have lunch, Anita buy fish and chips.They talk a bit , but Anita find it hard to engage him in much conversation. He also makes loud noise and flaps his arms which Anita finds embarrassing in public and doesn't really know how to respond. She once took him home easy because she thought he was getting upset.During the hour Anita occasionally tells her husband about her day because it can be quite stressful.

    Analysing the w
hole situation it is accessed that the worker did not upheld the NDIS code of conduct. As she was, unable to understand the actions of Jai due to which she cannot carry on the conversation further and she was embarrassed by the actions done by jai to make her understand what he want to communicate. The NDIS code of conduct clearly declares that respect the individual right to freedom of expression of a disabled person but as it is observed Anita was embarrassed by the way, how jai was expressing himself. NDIS also states support should be provided to the disabled in a competent manner with care and skill, but in this case, it is clearly visible that Anita could not understand what jai was expressing that is the reason she could not support her.
    On the clear note it is maintained that the disabled person should be kept happy and energetic but in the case she has to take him home back earlier as he got upset with all that what was going on (Valid, 2019). She clearly...
