From watching the movie clip it just shows how good of a leader he is. He would not leave his family and others behind. This was a chaotic time going on and people were dying left and right but he still stood tall and protected the people even though he didn't have too. He showed how brave and calm he was, which was so important in this time of chaos. He didn't only worry about just himself he wanted to help who he could and save as many as he could. He put his life in danger to save others.It made me feel sad seeing what was happening and people dying. It also showed me a leader and a great example of one and how you can still be a great leader in a time like this. He did not give up and was not selfish even though he could of died. The importance of this movie was showing others what a leader looks like and what skills he had and what a leader should do and be like. There are other ways you can be a leader but I think this movie was a great example even though it was very sad and graphic.

For me watching the clip it was very much emotional and action packed, at first I wasn’t sure if the people were playing a recording for him to hear as if he said that, or if they were pleading for his help. As I watched on I was able to see it was a plea for his help. That he did, he put his fears aside to help hundreds of people who had nowhere else to go and no one else To turn to.He showed great leadership skills when it came to His demeanor as how he handled his own people, and how he handled the soldiers when they showed up to his place. Paul was very calm and collective, he was able to get the soldiers to agree even though they knew they did not have room and was not sure how they would get all the people to the destination, they were in I agreeance for them to drive their own van and follow them. Call most definitely has leadership skills anyone who can take up on themselves and make someone feel like they are the king for the day knowing that person will reward you back tenfold is the perfect example of a leader. As I mentioned previously my husband owns a roofing and construction company and one of his general contractors reached out to him one day and told him he was in a bind and could not make money on thejob that we were doing with him and asked if there was any way possible we could go down on the price? in the construction world it is called trimming the fat. My husband said absolutely I can takeoff $5000 after all it was a $50,000 job, that contractor was so thankful that we went on to do all of his work years later, to this day we are still doing his work and my husband and I have inherited a friend for life just with a simple gesture as that.All because of a simple $5000 that really did not affect our budget at all.
