The first Korean fascist as well as anti-communist president Syngman Rhee had to resign in th

His government also backed the Jeju uprisings that led to killings almost of 15000 victims as well as the Mungyeong Massacre.

With the defeat of the Japanese the Koreans were now mobilized in a manner for having an access to higher education were provided to a higher number of young people.
