a) Increasing Job training program will increases the workers productivity by holding ceteris paribus condition.
b) It is not pr
obable that a company's decision to teach its employees will be made independently of worker attributes.
c) Measurable characteristics are communication skills, team work, professionalism. Non measurable characteristics are Confidence, honesty, adaptability.
d) Factors affecting workers productivity rather than workers characteristics are diversity at work place, food, workflow protocols, stress level at work.
e) Yes I would employee job training program, if there exist a positive correlation between workers productivity and job training. This positive correlation indicates that increase in job training leads to increase workers productivity. This will be a cost effective alternative for hiring a new worker who has similar skill requires for the production of output.
