Learning different instructional Design theories will be beneficial for developing more significant eLearning proposals. People, who will be learning this have a strong grasp on functions like how the minds of humans engages, integrates and preserves information. Therefore, I will be able to build eLearning understandings which propose actual world importance (Richeyet al., 2010). Here are three alternative instructional design models with its evaluation of how they would alter the overall approach to addressing an eLearning proposal –
The ADDIE Model
    The acronym for ADDIE stands for Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. At Florida State University, by the U.S. army by the Centre for Educational Technology had first designed the ADDIE model in the year 1975.
