1) Unethical
It is Unethical when a scientist fails to acknowledge the computer programmer for his work. This is the act of plagiarism and
the scientist merely using the computer programmers code without acknowledging him violates the U.S. copyright law. The programmer must be given consideration and can be given compensation for his work. The programmer must be given respect and his service should be acknowledged. The scientist has violated the computer ethics. The scientist has taken all the awards and has not given any credit for the programmer. The scientist has violated Obligation of Acknowledgement. The scientist has exploited the work of the programmer. With the advancement in technologies the programmers work must be appreciated. He should be given a position in Scientist achievements. Credit must be given to the programmer.

It is Unethical when a programmer decides not to point out the design flaws to the owner. The programmer would have informed the owner about the design flaws. So, the owner would know about the problem. He might increase the development time owing to its complexity. If we don’t point out the design flaws, he will not know the problem.
