It is better to try to understand the religious values and belief systems of others and this is
because in today’s workplace which is composed of employees belonging to different religions,
in order to maintain harmony and integration it is always viable to try to respect the religious
beliefs of each other. If such initiation is not taken in a proper manner then it can give rise to
undue conflicts at workplace based on unnecessary arguments and counter-arguments regarding
specific manners and principles. For an example, if while working in a group a Christian
employee shows his/her aversion towards mingling with a Muslim employee or vice versa then it
can only result in failure...
