Introduction
The sustainable business model which I will discuss in the report will be sustainable ecofriendly bags which has been able to replace the conventional plastic bags which have posed environmental concerns globally. Although plastic bags were versatile material which helped in innovating various other products. But it was the way of using of plastics by the human beings due to which there was plastic leakages which dispersed throughout the environment. Hence, the concept of going for shopping with plastic bags will be replaced by cloth bags which are eco-friendly and tougher. The usage of eco-friendly cloth bags can be enhanced by creating more awareness of the harmful impacts of the plastic bags towards the environment and for the wildlife. I will discuss in details the business canvas model for launching the eco-friendly cloth bags for the benefit of the environment and the living beings around the world.
Analysis
Usually, the degradation of plastics is very slow process, mostly the microplastics leading to global emergency due to soil and ocean degradation (Li et al, 2016). Further, these plastics became a part of the food chain of fish, birds and even human beings which caused premature deaths of the animals (Wright et al., 2017). The plastic bags take minimum 15 to 1000 years to decompose which usually means they have long-lasting negative impact on the environment (Ecosacks, 2022). But it will be the reusable bags made of clothes which are made of materials which are compositable and are biodegradable and hence can be fully environmentally friendly. Further, these cloth bags will come in different attractive colours which will grab the attention of many. Hence, these eco friendly cloth bags will be much stronger compared to the plastic bags. If these bags are torn, then they can be stitched easily and can be reused again. It seldom happens with a plastic bag.

Further, there are strong association with the manufacturers and the producers of goods
There must be a proper storage place for storing of goods

There must be a proper relationship maintained with the suppliers, government, shareholders, and the investors interested in eco-friendly cloth bags.
