By the virtue of this assignment, I have performed extensive analysis on the Starbucks and its mobile marketing strategies. The primary products and services that I have utilised in this report is Expresso Drinks like coffee etc.
Strategies of Marketing: Starbucks strongly focuses on excellent customer service and personalisation of products. Furthermore, the marketing strategies usually comprises of reward as well as loyalty programs like star rewards where one earns the incentive like rewards, discounts and free products.
