In running a courier service, there are various factors that should be considered.  With enhanced technology, online courier service for delivery is one of the services offered over the Internet with various benefits. This service shall help the customers, administrator and employees to manage their day to day courier related activities. The proposed project offers tracking the order for customers, delayed notification to the owner, helping Adam in managing employees. 
Day to day packages shall be easily managed through the enhanced online service where the shipment can be easily tracked. The customer who places pick up and delivery order can track the shipment using tracking id which is specific for each customer. However, the receiver tracking the shipment is out of scope of this project. 
Additional activity that the ICT system for GoPackageGo couriers can perform is that 
· Assumption 1: the user can search and generate courier report, shipment report and office report. 
· The objects of the system such as customer, shipment and employee are interconnected. 
· Assumption 2: Employee can login into the ICT system of GoPackageGo and manage the shipping orders. Owner Adam can login into the system and manage other employees.
· Assumption 3: User should have credit card for online payment and booking confirmation.
When the Employee login into the delivery management system, the Admin can manage all the activities of the delivery order, its payment, customer information, office and shipment. Each page can be accessed after login. A customer can place delivery service order only after registration. The user gets a user ID and password for login. Each service order is recorded.

The rich diagram of the GoPackageGo Couriers is given below which shows the model of the situation in the case study. The entities include the Employee, customer, shipping_Order. 
· Entity 1: Employee- Login in to the delivery system using his username and password. Admin is any of the six persons working in the company, i.e. owner or an employee of the company GoPackageGo
· Entity 2: Customer- The details of the customer are stored.
· Entity 3: Shipping Order- The details of each order including its pickup details and delivery details are stored
· Entity 4: The shipping cost is calculated on the basis of features of the package, type of shipment and any cancellation fee if customer cancels the order.
