Introduction

ed to create an effective organization. Organizational behavior mentions studying individual and group activities and activities in an organization. Try to create commercial organizations creatively. It helps to gain insight into examining the factors needed to create an effective organization. Human behavior is difficult and difficult to understand and comprehend. Many factors together determine a particular pattern of employee behavior in all organizations. Some employees are rude, some are kind, some are compassionate, and some are gentle. Also, some people are sympathetic or indifferent, on the other hand, these are also people who are unconditional or determined. Therefore, the reasons are fundamentally different, including the duration of employee behavior in the organization. Research and understanding of employee behavior are important because employee behavior plays an essential role in determining the overall success of a group. The behavior of employees in the workplace will naturally differ from the behavior in a communal environment that depends on the organizational structure of the commercial. Various aspects that affect an organization’s behavior include company policies, structure, management effectiveness, procedures, and collaboration between partners. Though, these aspects can inspire workers to work faster or harder or promote employee leave. By understanding how many of your workers, your business can be more efficient and modest.
Body (analysis of factors on the perspective of OB)
The quality of an organization’s work directly affects the relative success of each organization in the marketplace. However, this is due in large part to the fact that the workers of the organization communicate as well as attach each other. In other words, human behavior is crucial. Every company manufactures products through machines. These all these machines are driven by people and they progress ideas as well as new designs that provide the product at a low price. Therefore, employees are essential assets in any organization (Dee and Heineman, 2016). Therefore, it is important to effectively manage the actions of these workers to ensure truly successful activities. In a retail company like Wal-Mart, there is no collaboration between the top management, the company manager, and the low-level workers who serve the front line of work and customers. Therefore, the negative feeling is widely used by most employees. Similarly, there are several internal thefts within the store, so the loss of a company or group of security personnel attentions more on inner theft than on client theft. Although some organizational leaders are committed to creating a positive work environment and ensuring the reputation of employees for their contributions and behavior in the company. As Crane and Matten claimed (2016), it is really important that when employees see their role as important, their professional ethics are automatically improved. However, it should be noted that executives also play an essential role in persuading employee behavior in the workplace (M. KOPP, 2019). It is their optimistic impact and real management that leads to positive changes in worker behavior (C. Hardgrave and A. Waller, 2008). Therefore, one of the factors influencing employee behavior is the manager’s management style. At Walmart, for example, organizations try to create a conducive workplace environment, which in turn gives employees a sense of value. When employees have self-respect, they automatically try to perform appropriate roles. Managers and managers play an essential role in swaying employee performance in the workplace. Leaders are accountable for setting specific directions for the team members. Although in most cases, it is experimental that employees are reluctant to continue working because they do not want to be confronted with harsh managers. Also, the aspects that affect their behavior include work culture, work responsibilities, effective communication, personal and family life, their attitude at work, and family background. The rules, as well as regulations of the company, should be the same for everyone working in the organization. According to Block et al., "Employees must be stimulated to esteem their reporting managers and adhere to ethical standards" Therefore, a complex reporting system is not what they want. Similarly, high workloads sometimes burden employees. This automatically shows their changes in the role of work in terms of professional ethics and behavior. It is important to make sure that employees are required to do their best. They should be encouraged to gradually improve their skills. Also, according to several studies. when a person fights with family in the morning and they feel uncomfortable all day (Monteiro, Hopkins and Frutuoso e Melo, 2020). It can be seen that the behavior of family members at work is often unreasonable. Also, employees who had strained relationships with their families stayed late at work and disrupted the entire work culture of the organization. Similarly, workers working in poor family backgrounds are also accustomed to stealing office supplies and taking them home, which is common in most retail organizations. Conflicts in employees' personal lives lead to negative attitudes and behaviors of employees. They feel stressed. Therefore, these people mustn't bring their family or personal problems to work. They should try to differentiate between professional life and private life. Also, it is a mutual belief that people who grow up under the care of their parents show kindness and love for good behavior and respect for each person. When they grow up in a protected environment, they provide such a service to their subordinates. On the other hand, people who break up families are suspicious, neglectful, and have less happy lives. Similarly, they cannot also make effective decisions. Therefore, the family or relative background is very significant before recruiting any candidate for the job. Several organizations identified multiple candidates to understand and differentiate them based on a parameter. Furthermore, according to a study by Wu and Parker (2017), occupational safety or security is an important aspect of influencing employee behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to support employees in crises (Waller, 2015).
The Influence of Organizational Culture
When new workers join, their behavior will be strongly prejudiced by the organizational ethos. As a social being, people try to familiarize to their surroundings. If the culture of your company inspires employees to express feelings without any fear, then new workers gain confidence when expressing their ideas, and if the culture is an “effective...
