How might these be useful in supporting collaborative working? What other skills might be required to promote effective collaborative working? Where might you access these? What organizational or contextual factors might inhibit effective collaboration? To what extent can you influence these? With a mixed group of staff, ask each professional group to list the attributes of their professional/organization in terms of what they admire and what frustrates them. Then ask them to repeat this for another profession/organization. Bring the group back together to share these perceptions and facilitate a discussion about what can be done about these perceptions, whether these reflect the situation locally and what might be done to build on the positive commonalities and tackle potential barriers.
