BUSI 650: Business Analytics Individual Descriptive Report: Who should TutorMed target for its advertising campaign? Grading: 15% of overall grade Submission: 9AM, July 29th on Turnitin TutorMed is looking to spend $8,000 over the next 2 weeks on targeted advertisements to generate more sales leads, with a target return on ad spend (ROAS) of 300%. Your manager has tasked you to analyze current tutoring student data to determine the top three student demographics to target, as well as a proposed budget allocation plan. Please use the student data from Descriptive Report Data to perform your analysis. You are free to use market information from cited sources (APA). This report should be no longer than 1 page, with your supporting tables and figures included in the appendix (max 2 pages). Your report should have the following sections: introduction, demographic #1, demographic #2, demographic #3, conclusion. You will be graded based on your ability to identify target markets, provide supporting quantitative data, and recommendation rationale. Rubric (total of 15 points): · (2) Introduction · (4) Demographic #1 · (3) Analysis and argument strength · (1) Supporting documentation · (4) Demographic #2 · (3) Analysis and argument strength · (1) Supporting documentation · (4) Demographic #3 · (3) Analysis and argument strength · (1) Supporting documentation · (1) Conclusion Student Information !Student #TutorPaid$pay typeupgrade fromHours✓LeftCurrent LoadInitial LoadTargetBaselineStartEndActual DateScore DateFeedbackScore+/-Demographic InformationAre you currently a course student? What are your preferred pronouns?Which time zone are you living in?How many hours do you have to study each week? What was your overall GPA?What was your science GPA?Current OccupationWhat was the program of study for that degree?Which institution did you complete that degree in?What is your highest academic degree attained (or in progress)?Do you have any testing accommodations?Test InformationWhat is your score history? I was getting at least 50% of the questions wrong on every passage I did, which destroyed my confidence. How do I move forward/not let this happen again? Some background info: I’m doing the January full course (I started it on Jan 10). I’m a retaker (attempt 1: July 17th, 2021). The first time around, I prepared with Princeton’s 510 guarantee course (honestly, it was garbage, except for my bio instructor). Their strategies, especially CARS, work well only with their questions. I also used Anki extensively; made my own decks based on the Princeton books and undergrad material. I also used Milesdown’s MCAT deck (I’m using both decks again). In terms of timing, for all the science sections, I always finish with 15-20mins left. For CARS, I ended with 5secs doing 8 passages (part of Princeton’s strategy. Needless to say, I trashed all their strategies). The computer crashed 3 times during my actual MCAT, 2 of those during CARS, the 3rd during B/B. The 3rd crash was the worst because the test glitched, and I only had 50mins to do the entire section. Eventually, they moved me to another computer. I didn’t void because I rather live knowing what happened than wondering what could’ve been; the result of that was a 502 (125/122/126/129). I left the testing center knowing that I needed to retake, so the score wasn’t a surprise. However, I was still disappointed, especially with my CARS and B/B scores. PS: My issues in C/P arise due to math (I will get to the math lecture next week). B/B and P/S are my strongest sections.                CARS exclusively, need to diagnose what the issue is because went from 90+% accuracy down to 1-2 right every passage w/ JW course        full time studying                                    Biology (2 semesters), Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, Physics 1 (Motion), Physics 2 (Buoyancy, Optics, etc), Physiology                Flashcards    Test, QBank    in JW CARS course
