’ perception about the salespeople of being bad. Customers believe that the salespeople are very bad and capable of doing wicked things. The salespeople’s image is negatively impacted by the basic disbelief of the customers towards them (The Experts for API Management and Authentication in EMEA, 2018).

    Consumer trust is very important for the organizations. Gaining trust of the customers enhance the brand value of the organizations. The brand popularity of the organizations helps in retaining existing customers and getting new customers. Customer retention increases the rate of sales of the companies and helps them gaining more revenues.

    I have developed the perception of trust stereotypes based on my life experience with a seller. My perception of trust stereotypes have been formed by assessing the reliability of a seller, who is inexperienced in his field of sales.
