The report finds the prospect of finding job through the LEAP app based on different categories of the users. The corresponding recommendations have been given for the education category to improve the rating of the app.

From the table and the histogram attached here one can see that on an average a user has completed 6 interviews based on different perspectives. The mode from the summary statistics of 8 implies that most frequent number of interviews taken is 8. From the closeness of mean, median and mode one can surely assume that the number of people taking less interviews are almost same as that of the people taking a greater number of interviews. Now one more important thing to notice is the fact that on an average almost 9 is the length of service for the data users and the span of the ranges from 0-33 years. Length of service is quite skewed and it shows that most of the users have 8 years of service. Except these characteristic properties of the analytics of the things involved in the interviews one may be interested in some characteristics of the users as that will clarify the extent of the users involved here.

So, it is found that most of the users weigh around 157 pounds and this is almost symmetric distribution compared to the other two mentioned above. Since the user’s characteristics may also affect the rating of the app one can check some health issues.
A very interesting and better picture coming out from the graph is that a smaller number of users TBI and PTS. Which broadly implies that the app has not that bad effect on the health of the users which is really good news for the users as well as the company. When it comes to user involvement one should check the field or rather the category in which most of the users fall into. The summary is stated below.
