Assignment: This assessment is the dissertation, which accounts for 100% of the total grade and is based entirely on secondary research. Your dissertation should be a deep consideration of a specific topic, drawing on a wide range of academic sources, including peer-reviewed material using practical examples and cases to illustrate your points. You will be offered a selection of topics or you may select your own, subject to approval by your tutor. Referencing is crucially important in this document and you are expected to follow the Harvard referencing format precisely. A suggested structure for your dissertation may be found in the detailed assessment specification which will be provided as part of the unit materials. Your work must be submitted as a professional Business Report of 6,000 words +/- 10%. However, please note that your dissertation will not be marked unless you complete and submit all 5 staged submissions as stated below.
