I need to find a specific machine-language instruction used by Intel Core processor i5 2nd Generation Sandy Bridge. I suspect a specific machine-language instruction from any Intel Core processor will match. My task is outlined as Member#2 (of 3 members). One member used an "R-type" instruction example so I can not use this type. I do not seek to pay for essay writing... I only seek to pay for finding answer of : at least 1 specific machine-language instruction example from Intel Core processor. Please don't ask me to clarify. My request is specific... to a person who understands the request. If you do not understand my request I am not going to try to teach you. Other sites have argued with me about "why am I asking for instructions" as the person does not comprehend the computer science topic. My request has been sufficiently stated for a person who would know how to find my answer... I'm not going to discuss this much further today as Ive been asked to do with other tutor sites...

Hi, thanks for attempt to clarify. The essay project is for Intel Core i5 2nd Generation (Sandy Bridge) processor. There are 3 team members. I am member #2. Each team member needs a different type of instruction [types: Branch, Jump, MemoryAccess and 'R-type'(ADD, SUB, AND, OR)]. Because team member#1 submitted an 'R-type' instruction example. team member #1 Intel Core i5 2nd Generation Sandy Bridge 'R-type' "ADD" instruction example : in quotes " Let us now examine a general-purpose instruction as an example of a specific instruction. One of the most basic computation a computer should have is an addition function, so the ADD instruction is a good option to get started. In an x86 instruction set architecture, an ADD instruction would look something like this: 1777: add $0x109a96 %EAX In this case, 1777 is the program counter, the instruction operation is “add”, while $0x109a96 and %EAX represent registers (EAX is a register name in x86 architecture). With the add instruction, both operands are added together, and the value is stored in the first operand, which is register $96 in this case (Dartmouth). The machine code in hexadecimal form for such an instruction would be 81 c3 96 9a 10 00, and the full instruction would be 100000011100001110010110100110100001000000000000. The process of actually encoding the instruction into machine language requires an understanding of the length and format of x86 instructions, which will be covered in detail below. " https://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~sergey/cs258/tiny-guide-to-x86-assembly.pdf. - The above quoted writing was team member #1 but he does not know/understand how I might find a similar example of assembly code or machine language code for the other processor assembly instruction types [Memory Access, Branch, Jump]. Team member#1 (if I'm not mistaken) borrowed from a Dartmouth course pdf guide... after we were told we need to use "technical" documents... I have failed at finding such examples of assembly & machine-language code in technical documents ie white papers and Intel Core i3/i5/i7 software developer manual (1500 pages). Part of my problem is I do NOT know whether these assembly-language and machine-language examples of Intel Core processor instructions are the SAME on all x86 processors. My professor tells me I should be able to find these examples in technical manuals... but I have not been shown an examp[le as she says... I have only so far seen my project mate, team member#1 who seemingly used a pdf which she says we should not use. I can NOT pay attention to professor's statement of "the assembly/machine language example should be in technical manuals" ... until I see a valid example of her claim. So far I have only seen team member#1 'R-type' ADD instruction for Intel Core i5 processor in assembly-language and machine-language. Because team member#1 used 'R-type' instruction of [ADD, SUB, AND, OR], I am supposed to only find another type of instruction example in assembly-language and machine-language for the Intel Core i5 processor codename Sandy Bridge In summary: I need an example of assembly-language and machine-language instruction of an instruction type(of 3 choices) [(1)Memory Access, (2)Branch, or (3)Jump] for the processor: Intel Core i5 - Sandy Bridge And I am supposed to show a reference/citation of where I can find the assembly-language and machine-language instruction example [instruction type (1)MemoryAccess, (2) Branch, or (3) Jump] for the processor: Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge For Branch Prediction algorithm specifically- no thank you. Pipelining of Intel Core i5 would be desirable for some written explanation however, if you can write 2-3 paragraphs explaining how pipeline operates for processor: Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge I do not seek anyone's writing to be perfect essay-style for me. It can be bullet points or even just notes. I the specific instruction example and how it fits into the pipeline for processor: Intel Core i5 Sandy Bridge [if Sandy Bridge generation is too specific, I am okay with assembly-language/machine-language instruction example of processor: Intel Core i5 of undeclared/undetermined generation member#2 in circle - I request notes or bullet points to deliver me relevant guidance for my essay writing. I do not need an expert to write essay-style for me. I only need the technical content and sufficient reference/citation for me to see source material If an expert feels they can point me to relevant pages [up to 200-300 pages total] that contain sufficient content for me to write these circled essay components for processor Intel Core i5 "Overview of ISA", "Overview of Major Functional Components", "Overview of Pipeline stages" .... the references would be all I really need. If you can help me find sufficient source material to explain these 3 Overview sections for processor: Intel Core i5... that would be great. I do not need anyone to write an essay-style answer for me... I just need help finding decent material to explain these 3 section Overviews I do not seek to submit someone's writing as my essay... I seek to find guidance on where/how I find explanations of 3 Overviews "ISA Overview", "CPU Major Functional Components", and "Overview of Pipeline stages" for processor: Intel Core i5 I'm sorry to be confusing... I have been confused by the scope of this essay. If it is any easier or more clear to approach this as last message at 3:18 pm above... I need reference guide for me to explain the CPU Main Functional Components and Pipeline stages overview for processor: Intel Core i5. I am okay with decent reference/source material to inform me how I can explain the Overview sections "CPU main components" and "Pipeline stages". I am expecting to fail... but maybe a miracle can help lead me to appropriate source material... I have wasted 60-70 hours reading through technical manuals alone, not understanding how/where to find these "Overview explanations". You can forget about specific assembly language/ machine language instructions if you can find good reference guidance for me to explain the "Overview of CPU main components" and "Overview of Pipeline Stages" for the processor: Intel Core i5
