The article “Researchers’ experience with project management in health and medical research: Results from a post-project review” seeks to address how the project manager is the person who can apply a large number of activities, knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to meet needs of a specific project; according to the PMBOK the project manager is the person who is appointed by association to attain the project goals [1]. But, today in the field of medical and health research in Brazil, management of the scientific projects clearly shows the lack of the qualified project management. The introduction of this article provides a good, generalized background of the topic and authors also claims that funding agencies despite the many requests for the research projects and institutions, the way in which the projects are organize needs to be improved. Published study about researchers' experience with the project management (PM) in medical and health research. Authors began with the statement that the project management is extensively utilize to deliver the projects in timely, budgetary and defined quality; nevertheless, there is the little published data describing its uses in managing healthcare projects. While there is a lack of knowledge about PM in healthcare research, two elements need to be considered and presented: performance evaluation, which includes time, cost, efficiency and quality, remains an significant criterion for evaluating project performance; considering or correctly utilizing various levels of the project, for example: logic analysis; Period estimates; Calculation of project time; Source constraint effects; Adjustments to achieve project goals; Creating and updating action plans for action during project progress.
However, to make motivation clearer as well as to differentiate author critically examine that is very difficult to speak whether health care researchers have knowledge of training or criteria as well as project management levels, and this information is the main difference in the scientific production. Hence, what is different from researchers who may participate in huge research teams and offer high productivity? Authors of this article did an interesting study identify project managers who were highly regarded by clients, peers, and another project stakeholders. During that time period, throughout the discussion, patterns emerge that support the general characteristics of these executives. This feature, presented below, appears to be main difference between the researchers and others with wide scientific production.
