There are many issues in the given case scenario. As the company was first to launch antivirus in the target market. It possesses severe threats from other rivals in the same industry. Secondly, the organization wants to keep its comp
etitive position in the ISP segment market. Also, it is required to explore the future as competition in the market is continuously growing. The organization is looking for fastest way by which services will be delivered to the customers.
Significance
As the company has advantage of inventing first antivirus in the market, the company needs to keep his renowned image in the competitive market. Implementation of Software as a service was the best option for the organization as this service has been used to manage security software products as these products are required to be updated on daily basis. I would like to suggest the implementation of mobile app for managing all security related products can be best option for the company. It will help in increasing the remote access of the users. The development of new products must be focused in order to make its top position in the competitive market. For me, these solutions are just like the company as it’s the responsibility of the company to implement these solutions. Another alternative which I will suggest is making its presence in social media platforms. It will target a particular group of customers who are more active at social media platforms.
Objectives
The main objective of the project is to develop and implement mobile application for F-Secure that can help in remotely access of its employees. The customers can get all details of its security products at any place without carrying their systems. This will be more convenient for the customers to get all details about the company and its products. Also, marketing advertisement or any promotional activity can be sent to the targeted customers.

The main scope of the project is developing cloud-based mobile application that can organize all customer details. The application can help in sending brochure of the new products to the customers. Customers can easily generate their queries regarding new products and can order them by making online payments.
