You must install the solution yourself and apply the configurations given to you. Test the installation to ensure that it is working. Describe the tests that will need to be completed in a Test Plan, perform the tests and then write up your test results in the form of a report. Your assessor will observe you performing the tests. However, you are also required to write up the tests that you identified and conducted, as well as the results you had. Save this document as Business Solutions Test Report. 2. Send an email to the General Manager (your assessor). The text of the email should be in grammatically correct English, written in an appropriate (polite, business-like) style. It should introduce and summarise the contents of the attachment and ask them for their sign-off on your suggested business solution.
