Introduction
     In the video Grassroots Organizing Builds Power by N’Tanya Lee, it is the building of nonprofit organizations and delegating them with power to support the currently oppressed people of the society. Therefore, according to the speaker Lee, grassroot organizing is all about providing the poor people with lots of privilege. The video is about changing the society by leaders, the one who holds the most stakes by building innovative strategies. Hence, it is the leaders who will be least satisfied due to the small achievements. Further, there must be grassroot organizations developed which must be responsible and self-governing communities.
