Our eye is just like a camera in several ways of observing the world through it. It sends impulses to our nervous system, which helps us forming an image in our brain. The similar mechanism works for the camera as well when the light strikes the lens and enters through the aperture. The image is formed in the film through sensor and clicked to produce the result (Let’s Talk Science, 2019). The optic nerve is the sensor for the eye and the imaging sensor is the producer of image for the digital cameras now a days.
The main difference between the eye and the camera is that how it focusses on image and how the color of the objects is processed. To focus on the moving objects, the lens of the eyes changes its shape. This cannot be done by the lens of the camera (Let’s Talk Science, 2019).
