Specific application to your proposed population is critical for you to move from the theoretical to your practical elearning project. Who are your learners? Describe the characteristics of this population - are they new to the field or are they experts, are there tools that they use for their current job that are familiar and can be used to deliver the training, or are there other expectations of their job that provide implications for their learning? What do you know of your learner's characteristics that may inform how you use design and media/technologyto achieve the desired objectives?
