Hi Jodie,
I believe Artificial Intelligence (AI) has a huge impact on the way it has shaped eLearning. The real time questioning is one of the first ways. Since the learners may have problems interacting with their tutors, this helps to lessen the complications that come with the human interactions. As mentioned by Hung, Phung, Hien and Thanh (2018), AI machines make it easier to ask the question without any emotions of shame.
The second way, AI has changed the learning process, is natural language processing. This is a feature that allows humans to understand human languages. This way it allows people to communicate with the trainers in their native language. This allows people around the world to have access to the same resources and learn in real time without any extra hassle. AI helps to improve accessibility. It allows people with disabilities to be able to have access to learning that is catered to them.
