Apple CEO Tim Cook’s management style can be broadly defined as democracy. 12 Cook does not seem to have taken the exact opposite approach to former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, instead he has used the existing experiences of some fabulous entrepreneurs to develop a unique hybrid leadership mantra. Tim Cook respected the legacy of his friend Steve Jobs, but he took Apple to a new level with his passion, honesty and responsibility(leader, 2020).
