Introduction
Whether it is a practitioner or a scholar, the leadership topic has always been a topic of concern in the present world, and decades of extensive research have not exhausted this topic. Leadership manipulates all aspects of the business. Organizations are usually successful due to a series of relationships between followers and leaders.
Describe at least two (2) key factors that in your opinion made your chosen leader successful?
Leadership includes the ability and aptitude to inspire and influence the thinking, attitude, and behavior of others. This is a social influence process, in which a person can enroll the help as well as the support of others to complete a general task. The personal characteristics of the leader are also crucial to the development and motivation of the organization. Real leaders, for example, teachers, explain that leadership is an act (leading and teaching students) rather than a place. The teacher touches life and affects many different expected results. Leaders should find improved or skills to provide guidance, motivation, and goals. Effective leaders are flexible. Determine the most appropriate style of leadership by evaluating three contextual variables: hence the relationship between members and the leader is good and bad, whether the relationship is organized or unorganized, or whether the leader’s power position is weak or strong. However, under moderately favorable conditions, leaders who are highly concerned about interpersonal relationships are more effective in these situations. The influence of the team on the leader cannot be ignored. The relationship between the group and the leader implies mutual influence. The group can manipulate the behavior of its leader by selectively responding to particular leader behavior. Leaders’ influence may be limited by multiple external aspects, for example, group norms, organizational policies, and personal abilities and skills. It is found that other variables can offset or replace the influence of the leader, for instance, the skill and ability of the follower and the nature of the task itself.
Using two leadership theories discuss their leadership style
