List all the different collaborative activities that you are involved with and think about: the types of links between partners (loose/tight); what binds these partners together (finance/professional values/legal mandate, etc.); and what this collaboration is trying to achieve in terms of outcomes. Is it clear what these outcomes are and is this most effective way of ‘doing’ collaboration for these ends? What interpersonal and management skills do you posses?
