Reflection enables the ability to examine situations in order to better understand the surrounding context and identify potential improvements for the future. This assessment task builds on assessment 1 and aims to develop your awareness and reflective learning ability while also assessing your understanding of your Gallup Strengths identified in module 3. 1. Refection on the Clinton Strength Survey
    In accordance to the Clinton Strength Survey, I learnt that I possess five primary strengths which include adaptability, relator, individualization, ideation and developer. My first strength includes adaptability which means that I am capable to adapting to the circumstances in a quick span of time. An individual with the strength of adaptability is able to take advantage of the every possible circumstance in order to accomplish any task assigned (Mills, 2017). While in the group coaching session, I was able to perform any activity within the stipulated time frame, whereas few other members in the group succumbed to the pressure. Thus, I realized that adaptability is one of my core strengths. The 2nd strength of mine as per the survey is relator. This means that I have the capability of building strong relations with other individuals. In the coaching sessions, I had learnt that I love to carry out group tasks where the team members had to cooperate with each other in order to accomplish the activity. I made good friends within a short span of time and it indicates that relator is on the strengths of mine.
    The 3rd strength as per the survey is individualization. This states that I am able to classify people and choose specific people in order to accelerate the productivity of the work.
